This weekend I made a dried orange slice garland and semi-handmade garland using permanent and fresh greenery. When I was finished I noticed the aftermath. Me, being me, I couldn't just toss all those scraps away so I made this simple and SUPER fragrant potpourri.
Just add water! Ha! Here I took my orange slices and the bits of fresh incense cedar and juniper leftover from my garland making. I could have sworn I had some cinnamon sticks but I couldn't find them so I used this mulling spice mix instead. Popped it on the stovetop and mmmmm....it filled the house with the most delicious, warm and inviting Holiday fragrance!
Easy peasy lemon squeezy...oh hey, you could use lemon slices too! Hehehe
